ABSTRACT:

Digital transformations are transforming the TEI industry as we know it, and ERP plays a crucial role in enabling enterprise-wide information collection, interpretation, analysis, and dissemination. Organisational performance is always determined by stakeholder satisfaction, which means that employees must enjoy their jobs and follow the regulations. The adoption of an ERP system in technical institutions is hard and costly, but ERP can improve the institution’s efficiency, revenue, and profit. The initial deployment requires a collaborative effort, and several staff members may be involved in the process. If an organization decides to use ERP, the first step is to select, implement, and use the correct ERP package for the advantages and satisfaction of stakeholders. Today’s technology enables institutions to handle processes and operations more efficiently and effectively, hence improving overall quality of service. This report attempts to determine the quality of ERP service and stakeholder satisfaction in ODISHA’s TEIs
