Abstract: Present research work is based on the study of green supply chain management barriers for manufacturing industries in Madhya Pradesh. For this purpose, first of all with the help of expert opinion and literature review, a list of barriers were created and assembled with the help of principal components analysis (PCA), followed by investigations on the interrelationships among the principal components with the help of interpretive structural modelling (ISM). After that, ranking of different criteria was carried out the with the help of analytical hierarchy process (AHP).
