Abstract: Distinctive aspects of hotel interior design and equipment are covered in this article. The results revealed that proper interior design of hotel rooms reduces wear and tear maintenance cost; makes the guest feel more satisfied and willing to spend more and increases the level of patronage thereby leading to income generation thereby increasing return on investment (ROI) of the hotel owners. Therefore, management should adopt the use of proper interior design to make guests more comfortable and reduce the cost of maintenance to increase revenue generation.
